First we add creamery butter and brown sugar. Next we add inclusions, such as chocolate chips, peanut butter, pecans, cinnamon. Finally, and as always, Janey Lou’s special touch.

  1. Remove the desired number of cookies from the freezer.
  2. If desired, roll pucks into a cinnamon/sugar mixture to make a snickerdoodle cookie.
  3. Evenly space the cookies 3×5 onto a lined baking sheet.
  4. Allow product to thaw for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350-360° F for approximately 12-14 minutes.
  6. Allow cookies to cool before packaging.
