  1. Evenly space 30 rolls 5×6 onto a lined baking sheet.
  2. Cover and place in cooler for a minimum of 18 hours.
  3. Remove from cooler and keep covered. Let rolls slack at room temperature until dough reaches 55-65°F.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 15-18 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool before packaging.
